New product development
The process
The process starts in our office, brainstorming a new product development. That process cannot be done without the exceptional group of people that work in our team. That begin with the most exciting and creative part of process which includes providing samples of shapes, cuts, measurements, embroidery, beautiful crochet work and many more ideas that can be reflected in our fabrics.
This initial step wil help to stimate the cost of the product internally, making sure the quality and cost production would be competitive with the international market.
Raw Material
Blue knit tex Works with the most important factories in the country, which provide our company with the necessary Exporting Certificates to guarantee the A1 quality of our Peruvian Cotton.
At the same time, we count with a qualify staff in charge of the quality control of finished fabric, who authorize the pasage to the next process.
Cutting:
Our company are in control of the cuts, shapes, and measurement which is a good fit for custom and predesign shapes.
Manufacture
Our work its done in our Factory, and with outside high-quality workshops. The expectation of our clients regarding the quality and preparation of our production would be always very important for us to achieve in every step of the process. For this reason we have a team of auditors who review the correct assembly of the garments taking care of the small details
Crafts:
Blue knit tex perform beautiful hand-made crochet ítems, embroideries, and creative patterns with high quality results. Our team of handworking ladies have been in the knitting business for generations. The enjoyment and professionalism of their hands can be seen on every piece. Their homes are in the most remote áreas of the city. This job certainly help their families financially and dignify their lives.
Finishes or Shipment Process:
Inspection, final quality control and packaging its done in our working location. The main functions performed by our staff is to work responsible and on time. That allow us to meet the standards require by our customs and meet our client’s time expectation.
